Can you ever have too many bangles? We think the answer is a resounding no.
While we may run out of fingers to wear all our rings, bangles can be worn in stacks and the possibilities are endless. This is a trend that doesn't seem to be letting up. We love the idea of mixing diamonds and gemstones, and all colours of gold including black rhodium to change your stack with your outfit, the occasion, or your mood. You may go for a more elegant look of 3 - 4 or a more dramatic look of 10-20; whatever feels right. This is where the idea of sharing really makes a ton of sense. Harper's Bazaar this month, agrees with our assessment and offers up 30 bangles to accessorise with. First on their list is no surprise, the Cartier Love Bangle, followed with pieces in all price ranges including on the high-end Bulgari , HW for Harry Winston and Boodles, to the mid-end, Dior, Pomellato and Anoushka and the low-end, with the likes of Pandora, Mejuri and Monica Vinader. They included several bracelets, such as a tennis bracelet, which isn't a bangle - but never mind, we love all bracelets - but when we think bangles, we think of structured bracelets. Covett has a tennis bracelet bangle, from Picchiotti which hugs the wrist like a bangle due to its proprietary 'Xpandable' mechanism.
